My PC shut down after saving the game.
Since I've updated to 2.0, I've been suffering from this issue. My PC just randomly shut down when I'm playing the game. Initially I thought it was the temperature issue, so I upgraded the fan and use some software to monitor the temperature. But the thing is, although neither the CPU or GPU temp goes above 90℃, the problem is still there. I found that the shut down always take place when the game is saving (automatically or manually). On average, it shuts down every 10 times saving. After rebooting, the latest save of the game is sometime broken (while sometime it's okay). I've checked the system events before the rebooting, and I found that there are always two events (event ID = 6) from FilterManager says "npsvstrig" and "FileCrypt" are successfully loaded and registered to filter manager. I also found that there is another system event with ID 172, saying "NIC compliance" after the crucial event (ID=41, the reboot event). It is so weird, and I have no idea about what to do. 2.01 patch doesn't fix this problem.

What are your system specs?

Most CPUs don't like running at 90C. Most graphics cards don't either...

Several things can happen.
CP2077 is very sensible to overclock oder undervolting.

Or since the game has a high load on CPU/GPU your PSU might not be enough.
You can test that by using Furmark and Prime95 at the same time.

Maybe after reapplying thermal paste and remounting all the heatsinks... He's already hitting 90C...

Thx, I'll try it.

The CPU is intel i7 10875H and my GPU is RTX 3080. You just reminded me that earlier when I was playing Baldur's Gate 3 it occasionally shut down as well, maybe it is a temp and PSU issue. But I'm still very confused that it only shut down after saving the game. Thanks for your advice, though.
