image distortion, wont go away

so after the 2nd major "conflict" with JS, the image distortion dosnt go away, googled a bit and only found out i had to drink alcohol, but that dosnt solve it with 2.0, the save that was before it happen is long gone and im already 10 hrs into this one

I came here for the the same issue! And all i could find out was drinking as well, got piss drunk and it did nothing. My screen looks like the matrix code scrolling but in blue with that weird noise nonstop, colors are flickering, and it's overall obnoxious af. Can someone please help us.

If it's mission Automatic Love, then your options are:
1. Wait for the fix coming
2. Go back to a save before talking to Johnny and don't select the option "♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the head like me"
3. Try a mod to disable the effect. eg. https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9209

If it isn't Automatic Love you're talking about, then bug report and a mod will hopefully still remove the effect for you.

I did just complete automatic love, i'll give it a shot thank you

edit: I loaded a save before that mission and the issue is still there.

Peculiar. Would bug report if you're sure that the issue is persisting even without talking to Johnny and selecting that specific line of dialogue (which is the known issue).

downloaded the mod you linked, i also had to download FX Begone - Johnny and FX Begone - Vignette (prolly the last one) now its finally gone

So i downloaded the mod and it didnt work, but then i downloaded vortex and used it to download the files and it actually worked. So thank you very much for your help i appreciate it, i can now do these missions without getting nauseous.
