Mouse and keyboard controls problem

Has anyone experienced a control bug where camera freezes when moving around. I am using a wireless razer viper v2 pro mouse. When I'm looking around sometimes camera just freezes in one moment for 2 second. During this I can still move around and game is running in stable 60fps it's just camera that freezes not the game itself. This is happening around every 15-30 seconds. I tried running the game with same mouse but with cable connection but the problem still remains although not as frequently as when playing wireless. When I tried using my second Logitech G502 wired mouse the problem doesn't exist the camera never freezes.

The second problem is with the keyboard controls, sometimes when I drive in car, the car starts turning left or right after I stop pressing the button and sometimes the car starts turning on its own even when I'm only pressing W key to just drive forward. This also happens when I'm moving on feet but much less, when I'm moving on feet this bug mostly happens in V's apartment area and rarely but still in other areas of the city. Problem also occurs when I'm trying to switch weapons and trying to quick save or load last saved game using F5 and F9 keys. The keyboard I'm using is corsair k70 wired. I never experienced this type of problem in any other game or when using desktop so my keyboard and mouse are not the issue here.

I managed to find fix for mouse freezing. Before I had my usb dongle connected to my keyboard and I decided to take it off and plug it to the motherboard instead and problem disappeared. I still didn't find a fix for car turning on its own which is very annoying. The only thing that seems to fix it is to drive in first person.
