[Phantom Liberty] Get It Together quest - Mr. Hands is not calling
The quest asks to wait for a few hours for Mr. Hands to call - not happening. I tried to load a save before this quest point, tried to sleep, wait, reload. Still not getting the call

I have the same situation, I can't progress the story just because of this, I'm going crazy. :(

i got a call but the doors to enter his building are locked for me

I have finished all mr.hands gigs available before Get It Together, I wonder if I would do thwm during this quest if it would help

I have the same problem and i think one of the side missions bugs time in game. It looks like the quest "balls to the wall" is the couse.

I had the same issue, probably due with the time not passing in game, and for some reason (probably unknown to CDPR and god himself), having sex with a prostitute on jig-jig street fixed the issue.

The jankiness of CDPR games is truly amazing.

Thank you, it worked! So I guess all problems can be solved with an sexual intercourse...
