I have checked my windows event viewer for application error logs. It says the Red launcher is faulty.
I have updated to newest driver.
Don't use mods.
Latest Bios.
Did a health check of my PC via DISM and did a sfc /scannow. No issues on that front.
Verified integrity of game files. No issues there.
I would assume the red launcher might be causing the crashes or some kind of utilisation error with my processor?
Are you also using Windows 11? Many of who are having these issues are on Windows 11. Could be a Windows 11 issues then.
Try opening your Command Prompt app as an administrator and typing in sfc /snannow Then press enter.
Will check your OS for any errors.
Type in the command and press enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
It will do a more in depth check into your OS health. If it finds issues. type in this next command and press enter:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
