A couple bug reports: throwing knife KOs and "Two Wrongs Makes Us Right"

I've encountered a semi-persistent bug, where if you KO an enemy with a throwing knife, usually from stealth, the affected NPC will sometimes continue moving and talking until hit a second time.

Also, in the gig "Two Wrongs Makes Us Right" when approaching the exit in stealth, the cluster of enemies in that area perceives Johnny as he appears leaning against a car, and start attacking him. Of course, Johnny gives no ♥♥♥♥♥.
