Cant drop weapons..Help

This may sound silly but I have a few starter weapons that I cant drop or even disassemble, anyone else experience this. Its taking up 4 slots in my inventory and I dont know how to get rid of these guns. I may be overlooking something obvious but I'm baffled, I can drop/craft other guns that I picked up just fine tho.

Oh my god just had the same thing. Turns out, I used a NoClip mod to get out of my apartment (H10, but I'm sure it'll work in any apartment). When you are in your apt, the game sees that as a 'safe zone' where you can't use weapons. If you exit through anything other than the normal exit, your character will remain in safe mode, so you can't use guns. As soon as you walk out of your apartment, it should be fixed. This just worked for me.
