Quest "Somewhat Damaged" part of Phantom Liberty is bugged

The quest involves going to 3 different terminals to disable. I can get to 2 of them, but no matter what I cannot do the one involving the Neural Network. Your supposed to scan the cables on the ground and then pull them in order to proceed. I can't scan the cables though. I have tried restarting, going further back in the quest and trying again, I even looked at CET to see if there was a way to bypass stuck quests. Any help?!?

this is worth trying. as C is toggle crouch and CTRL is hold crouch. ive been stuck in a crouch before and using the alternate control seemed to fix it.

An update on my post about this quest - I did finish it, after rolling back 5 hours *cringe*. i also spoke to CDPR. Its the Diving suit. as crazy as it sounds, the diving suit screws up your scanning. for future play throughs im just dump that thing in the stash or sell it. hilariously enough you can scan just fine while wearing it in the mission where you have to wear it. my hunch is, its got something to do with the modification that suit does to make you breathe under water and its effects as seen with other "eyes" based effect bugs that have occurred in the game sine 2.0 e.g when V has a relic episode.

I have the same problem as the initial post. I screwed up my saves so I can't go back. Any fix?

Nope, I spent a long time looking for in game work arounds. there isnt any. i lost 4 hours of game play.

This issue is supposed to be fixed now anyway. ive seen it in previous patch notes. Try a game restart? or a game update?

I’ve just experienced it and I think I know what’s the problem.

You need to unplug all the cables the first time you get to the room, if you unplug 2 of them and leave, the next time you come back there you won’t be able to do it.

If you got this issue you simply have to load the game. Luckily I had some autosaves so I only lost ~15 mins, but it’s still very frustrating.

I experienced this issue and none of methods above didn't work for me.

One solution is downloading CET mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/107?tab=description)
and adding attribute points using this command: Game.AddToInventory("Items.AttributePointSkillbook") and distrubuting them in intelligence to get to level 20. This way you don't need to scan the cables, just connect to the terminal and complete hacking minigame to progress in quest.

I unfortunatly don't know if deacresing attribute points is possible, If that's important to you I suggest finding answer in CET mod discord server, because I didn't found any answer online
