New crash error "Failed to find or create a descriptor heap with enough available space"

Getting a lovely new crash I cannot fix after this update:

Happens every time the helicopter crashes into the Arasaka building in For Whom the Bell Tolls. Verified game files and updated GPU drivers, did nothing. I have no idea how to even go about trying to fix this - there are literally no results for this error on google, remarkably.

Running the game completely vanilla - zero mods.

If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

Have the same problem and came across this execution when I typed the problem into google search. I'm about to go backstage with Kerry in the backstage area of US Cracks. I wanted to go to the dance floor on the left beforehand (I stole the VIP tickets and got in via the front entrance). Crash from the game and exactly the same error message in the report. But I can't tell why. Graphics card is the Asus ROG Strix RTX 4080 Gaming OC

cap FPS to 30. you may need to also lower some settings along side capping FPS to 30.
