Cant download Phantom Liberty DLC
my friend gifted me the new DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 and when I look at the DLC section on properties it has blank on "size" so do I have to wait until Sep 26 so I can download the new DLC and get the rewards?

It's says "pre-order" not "pre-release". You can't download the DLC just yet and yes you need to wait until Sep 26 in order to download it and get the in-game rewards.
