Help me, can't progress Evelyn and Judy story, because Evelyn is standing still on the bed in Judy's house

Well, I know what should happen next and also the ending of that, but probably when I should sit beside her and poke her in a mission I didn't do that and can't do it rn so I guess I'm stuck.

A bit late but I found if you skip time 24 hours then go afk for 20 to 30 minutes (real-time), when time’s up and you move your character, you should receive a call from Judy asking you to come over. Evelyn will no longer be on the bed and the next mission will start. Hope this help’s someone :)
