Too many Bugs showing up in 3rd playthu. Cannot finish the US CRACKS Quest

WTF is CDPR doing? It's like every update introduces more bugs.

I have over 800 hours in the game. My first two play thru's were basically bug free. Because I waited until the v1.5 update so the game would be much less buggy. So I've had no problems with the main quest and no bugs to speak of with any of the side quests or gigs until recently during my 3rd play thru.

There is currently at least 1 ncpd quest that cannot be finished. It's one of the suspected organized crime activity and is one of the larger ncpd quests. Its towards the top area of the far right section of map in Westbrook.

The Side job "Small man, Big mouth" that you get from Kirk (at the El Coyote bar) cannot be completed. This was a known bug and the recent update made it worse.

Currently stuck on the "I don't wanna hear it" side job from Kerry. It's the one where you confront the girl group Us Cracks at club Riot before they go on stage. I get to the point where I take a picture of Kerry and the band but after taking the picture, the picture stays on screen and you can't do anything else. I can hear the the girls talking to Kerry but I can't do anything else. The picture I just took is the only thing I can see. The game has to be force closed.
This bug actually prevents other quests in the series of quests regarding US CRACKS.

There was also another side quest bug that caused the quest to not be completed but can't remember which one it was.

Report the issues properly to support so they can fix it.

I've been reporting issues that I came across to support and they usually reply that they are investigating the issue or already aware. And going by the last patch, they're clearly into fixing quest bugs and such, so might be worth doing.

Personally though I had zero bugs related to quests/activities so far in my 400h of playtime.

I still don't understand. Why there are errors in the game. Which previously were not. I have less hours but I come back to the game every few months and with each version things that didn't work were fixed and things that worked were broken.
