GIG: Breaking News. Bug: Auto Fail [Optional Stealth] Mission Condition

Once accepting mission from Ted Fox/Teddy, Optional Remain Undetected, mission condition Fails once exiting the car. I've Tried multiple times to adjust my approach to the mission giver however I still fail once the mission is updated to enter the parking garage.

I have this too, but I think I know why. Before the gig became available, I had already been to the garage and killed the enemies there and looted what I could, etc. I noticed the garage with the van in it that I couldn't get into and went on my merry way. But now I see why, it was part of this gig and the area doesn't seem to have reset properly or something. Guessing you did the same? Or at least just got detected as you drove past or something before the gig was available?

I had a feeling I drove past once, there was a guard standing in the middle of the street when I went to talk to Teddy. Thanks just needed another human to make sure I wasn't crazy. I think this happens with a few other Gigs as well.
