The Hunt - Quest Bug

[The Comedian]

This is a strange one, when searching the laptop / computer in Randy's Caravan, as soon as River asks you to crack the password, the laptop disappears off the desk. V ends up sitting at an empty desk with River to the side waiting for you to search the laptop.
I have played through this quest a few times - never encountered this one. I will assume it is likely a mod conflict of some sort, but would be interested as to whether anyone else has encountered this?

I'm currently having the same issue, came into it tonight. Any luck on what you think may have caused it?

Find some clue , for me is the mod Night City Interactions cause this glitch , maybe a conflict with simiar mods but have no idea . Hope this is helpful for who see this reply . laptop computer river randy disappear

Happens to me too, mods disabled - Laptop vanishes every time, regardless of earlier saves. To continue this play-through i'll need to go back to before the start of the quest and never engage with River again! This means going back to the location before Joss's house, and before breaking into the lab in Night City.
