can't take screen shots anymore

I click F12 and nothing happens, same in photo mode, why?

I recently upgraded to W11 so maybe that is why, i dunno. Anyone else have this issue?

Can only say its not 11. Use it and no probs with photos in either mode.

Im having the same problem worked fine a few days ago but now I can’t take any screen shots, I even tried remapping my screen shot button and that didn’t work,and my steam overlay is working as it is tracking playtime, so if anyone notices this problem please help us

I’m sure the problem is between GOG launcher and steam, I’m sure it’s something dumb. For now we have to wait for someone who actually knows what there talking about or steam support to release a magical update lol. Stay strong partner, fyi you can still use photo mode and in game screen shots will appear in your photo folder under cyberpunk but I still can’t get steam screen shots either

for me mods break f12, sometimes they fix it... removing all mods and it came back, it randomly stopped working again, then last nvidia update and it magically works again.. Been like this since release... Its a minor annoyance at best, i can use the game bar and still take a screenshot, just not easy upload to steam, but f12 works this week for me

(also 2 different pcs with completely different hardware, same thing, works then doesn't)

setting just seems easy to break

make sure steam overlay is working and than f12 will work othar than that cp uses n key for photomode

I use overlay all the time but F12 does not take screenshots.

I’m not sure why but the steam overlay is grayed out like it’s still there and I can use it but lite gray
Unfortunately I don’t have any mods installed so this won’t work for me but I hope this helps someone else thanks for the input man

I can take F12 screenshots, but Photo Mode stopped working for me at some point. I wonder if it's because I use a wide-screen monitor. Kinda disappointing since I was having fun with it earlier on...

while i am using cyber tweak engine screen shot is not working so i changed the screen shot button from "F12 TO = / " and it started working again if you guys are using mods just change the steam screen shot binding from overlay settings
