Car music sounds dull or "far away"

The music in the car starts to sound like it's far away or "dull" after some minutes or sometimes after some seconds, someone have the same problem or have a fix for this problem?

Yes, I notice the same thing whenever I'm stationary trying to listen to a song to the end.

Then like 30 seconds after being stationary the song volume gets lowered. So I have to exit and re-enter the vehicle to get it back to original volume.

But I just have this problem since today, so I think it must be a new bug from one of theire small fixes

set in game audio to TV speakers its the loudest option, all the others are muffled or low volume, works for me

The game didn't get any updates since 1.6 patch dropped though, which was about three weeks ago.

Personally I noticed it since I started playing, but it only happens if I'm stationary for more than 30 seconds. Not sure why it happens.
