Red-Text while Scanning?

So I've noticed after upgrading to a new cyberdeck and adding some cyberware that when I scan I get this very obtrusive red text on the left and right side of the screen? Is this normal? Can I fix it?

It's a visual bug, I think it glitches out when taking control of turrets or cameras. Not always, but I did occasionally get it myself.

Usually reloading a save or the game makes it go away.
