Got this bug with Wilson.

After finishing the quest shoot to thrill, Wilson's been standing there looking at the wall not doing much, least of all selling me guns. This is in fact a game ruining bug for me and unless there's a fix for it, i might just say ♥♥♥♥ it and abandon this playthrough, given how far back my previous save is (my own mistake admittedly but it is what it is).
So did anyone also have this bug and found a fix for it ? Maybe something with console commands ? I dunno, i'm at a loss here.

I have a half fix but it doesn't give him the updated inventory (new guns and muzzle breaks) if that's enough ?

Well, less guns is better than no guns i guess. So sure go ahead, can't make it worse than it already is at this point.

Use the save editor called cyber-cat and edit the quest facts line called wat_lch_gunsmith_01_on to have the value 1 instead of 0, Should move him and enable the shop again.
