Also people have said do a quick save using the function buttons on the keyboard and load it but that didn't work for me.
One technique I saw was like save, uninstall (swap) the mod, run back to your apartment, sleep, run back to the ripperdoc, reinstall the mod, and it "should" work.
*trying this right now before I start doing nuclear options*
First and foremost, I downloaded a mod called "Time Dilation Overhaul" (i downloaded a tested mod collection off the nexus). What I found was that my time dilation was working but the mod split the sandevistan into 5 variants with 5 models each. So i derped all this up. But I walked through every other fix if anyone needs any help. Thank you to everyone that tried to help me!

The model i have does slow time, but at an almost unnoticeable rate, the trade off is it ups my firing speed to crazy fast levels.
So i derped all this up. But I walked through every other fix if anyone needs any help. Thank you to everyone that tried to help me!
