The Sandevistan doesnt work (Please Help!)

Ive looked up every guide, every convoluted fix, and bashed my head against the wall for hours. No matter what the Sandevistan wont activate. I hold E, I tap E, changed E to a new button. I installed the mod, swapped the mod, downloaded a mod that let me remove the mod and then put it back in. I did all of the save/exit/reload tricks.

Is there ANY mod/fix/file editing I can do to fix the Sandevistan? I desperately want to use it for my street samurai build and it is so infuriating it doesnt work.

What I did was use 4 or 5 different consumables from the hundreds I have and it cured it, I noticed a running man icon that didn't disappear.

Also people have said do a quick save using the function buttons on the keyboard and load it but that didn't work for me.

Same boat here. Slept, saved, reloaded, checked integrity of files... Same result. Press the button it flashes for a second then turns off. Some say to uninstall it, but I cant seem to figure that out either?

So to walk you through to where im at, unfortunately you cant just uninstall cyberware (theres a mod but if you dont wanna mess with that) you have to replace it with another cyberware mod.

One technique I saw was like save, uninstall (swap) the mod, run back to your apartment, sleep, run back to the ripperdoc, reinstall the mod, and it "should" work.

So, just to keep things updated, i solved my own problem after extensive testing.

First and foremost, I downloaded a mod called "Time Dilation Overhaul" (i downloaded a tested mod collection off the nexus). What I found was that my time dilation was working but the mod split the sandevistan into 5 variants with 5 models each. So i derped all this up. But I walked through every other fix if anyone needs any help. Thank you to everyone that tried to help me!

The model i have does slow time, but at an almost unnoticeable rate, the trade off is it ups my firing speed to crazy fast levels.

So i derped all this up. But I walked through every other fix if anyone needs any help. Thank you to everyone that tried to help me!
