Cyberpunk has flatlined...

Game won't launch. Been 3 days now and have tried all troubleshooting steps found online and in forums. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, validated files, checked drivers, made a new GOG account, installed GOG galaxy, synced steam account, manually added game, all these steps over and over again. Game will not launch at all. Haven't contacted official support teams from Red or Steam so idk. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: I can only launch the game if I navigate to the actual .exe and run as administrator. It boots to main screen no problem but when I close and try through steam or other it won't even launch, just immediate flatline prompt. Any fixes?

So, this did not work for me. Regardless of where I launch from, it will immediately flatline. I did the clean install and deleted files from appdata, full clean install. Nothing. I can still run the game if I launch the .exe directly but launching from steam, red, or GOG will flatline, won't even attempt to launch.
