Disabling Cloud sync saves?
Every save I've made thus far has been cloud sync'd and will give a prompt saying they cannot be deleted due to this.
They don't seem to be the steam cloud, and rather the gog's.
I looked and have no Idea how to disable this option. Any help would be appreciated.

Try disabling cross saves on settings, I got an fps boots when I did. Inside the game go on [Settings>Gameplay>Enable cross-platform saves] and put it off
