See the CPU usage? My guess is, it's a bottleneck.

well only 80%, is that enough to start bottlecking? :winter2019surprisedsnowman:

aside from the usage percents do you have any complaints about how its running? I don't see any cause for concern based solely on the percentages. Do you want 100% utilization? because that's what would show a bottleneck

No im fine with running and only some minor visual bugs\no crahses. But it looks truly weird to me GPU barely works here, should be at 95 to 98-9%

Why should it be at 95% in your opinion?

Do you have DLSS enabled?

I would not consider 60% utilization "barely working" and I would personally be concerned if it was close to 100% utilization.

Yep DLSS is at quality. As far as i can see if GPU alwys uses up to 99% this means that it uses its full potential

No this would be very stressful on your card and your PC.

DLSS is made to reduce the workload on our GPUs and keeps them running longer and under less stress. If you wanted to turn off DLSS you would likely see an increase in utilization but you will just run hotter and thus less efficiently.

I also have a 2070 super with 16 gb of ram. I'll check my stats to see if they are similar. You have a nice system but what resolution are you running? is everything turned up to max/ultra setting?

You should be happy a AAA game like this isnt too taxing on your system. That is unless you are using your PC to heat your room up :)

1080p everything on ultra. RTX off, DLSS quality, The thing is if i turn around a little bit, i get highe GPU usage and higher FPS

Seems fine TBH. Your CPU isnt even hot or even at 100% so there really isnt a bottle neck situation. Maybe you could get more ram if you were really looking for a problem. But legit everything seems okay.

Well yep you are right, nearly full GPU usage and a little bit lower FPS. Does it mean CPU
suffers?

AMD Ryzen™ 5 3600

GPU goes up to 70, CPU is at 60~

Holy cow https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2762470718 high crowd (GPU usage)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2762470654 low crowd (GPU usage)

On the other hand CPU usage is the same, there is must be the explanation

On 1st high crowd, 62 fps 69% GPU
On 2nd low crowd 87 fps 94% GPU
But both have 81% CPU how so?, Doesnt crowd density rely on CPU?

It does make sense, this is why the city is empty on last console gen
So i just need a better CPU?
