1.5 - Low Gpu usage - High Cpu usage - Solved (for me)
Cyberpunk 2077 version 1.5

My specs:
Ryzen 5950x
Msi RTX3090 Ventus 3x OC
Msi MEG X570 ACE
Corsair Dominator 64GB ram 3200 MHz

Cyberpunk Settings:
All Maxed
RTX ON maxed
DLSS on - Quality
1440p
Vsync OFF

Before:
GPU usage: between 65% - 75%
CPU usage: between 50% - 55%
FPS: Between 45 FPS - 50 FPS

After:
GPU usage: between 98% - 100%
CPU usage: between 40% - 45%
FPS: Between 60 FPS - 70 FPS

What I've done so far:
- Deleted Cyberpunk, deleted all the remaning folders, re-downloaded from the begining
- Updated motherboard Bios (using USB key)
- Updated Graphic card VBios (using Msi command centre)
- in the MSI command centre i've updated all the system drivers
- Enabled Resizable Bar in Bios
- Enabled Z-memory in Bios for maximize the RAM performance (maybe)
- Deleteled and re-downloaded Nvidia graphic drivers
- in the Nvidia control panel changed power management to Maximum performance
- Deleted Msi command centre
- Downloaded Ryzen Master
- in Ryzen Master changed the control mode from defalut to Auto OC
- i've created also a shortcut of Cyberpunk.exe to launch it without the Red Launcher

it worked for me and i hope it can help someone else

Yeah, but at that usage CPU is never the bottleck of the GPU.

I assume you didnt try all these things at the same time... do you really not know what it was that fixed it?

I did a thorough google-search on all the settings in Nvidia control panel when 1.5 was released. It struck me that I've never actually done that before.

There are some new settings as well, so for anyone who haven't gone through the settings in a while (or just leave it all at default), I can recommend taking some time to do it. Performance gain all over, and CP77 looks and runs fantastic.
