Can't look up or down in firstperson.

Loading a prior save fixes it for like 5 minutes before my camera angle gets lock again. This is literally the only bug that pisses me off... FIX YOUR GAME!

edit: have heard of an issue with overstretched hardware not being able to change camera angle while driving but not being able to look up or down in first person. Strange one. Good luck with it.

ive actually been having this problem within the last few days as well. wasn't happening at all with the 1.5 update then all of the sudden every ten minutes my camera view gets stuck and i have to reload a previous save.

I'm not sure what could be the cause of it other than mods. Got rid of Arasaka cyberware type 2 mod and it fixed the issue, could also be a case of too many mods.

I believe its an issue of having too many mods, ones that need Cyber Engine Tweaks in specific. I disabled two of mine that I didn't /really/ need and I remember it helping. I don't remember which ones I disabled exactly, however I believe one of them was spawn0's armor upgrade mod or something like that.

I disabled that third person mod and it fixed the problem

Can confirm that it seems to be an issue with too many mods. I recently ran into this problem myself, after I continuously kept modding the game over several days. Even though it worked fine all the time before, removing the third person mod eventually fixed it for me as well.

Damn. It didn't start for me until drilling to arasaka. At first I thought it was just part of the immersion. Like losing control of yourself. Could NOT fight smasher like that.

It's the Immersive first person mod if I had to guess, disabling it and deleting all files still didn't fix mine, I recommend using Better First Person mod are none at all, and reseting camera to default settings. Also be sure to install steam overide controls in steam Cyberpunk properties section.
