1080Ti - Turning async compute off releases +57% performance

I'm running a 1080Ti with an i7 6700K at 4.6Ghz boost (only 4.4 on UNcore sadly, yes I know)

I'm getting 35-45FPS with CPU at 4.3GHz and GPU at 93% (CPU is automatically lowering due to demand) with async compute on

Using the CyberEngine Tweaks[github.com] I'm getting 50-60FPS

However with 1.1 out, CET crashes the game so I've removed it and I'm getting around 47FPS

Can we have async turned off forever for 10-series and older? Or have a toggle?
