Bugs in "Pyramid song" and "Bring me the head of Gustavo Orta"

In "Bring me the head of Gustavo Orta", if you persuade him to leave town, the objective becomes "Leaver the apartment building". If you then try to hack an access point, his security will turn on you and you get into a shootout with them. The objective remains leading to the elevator, but when you leave the building, it just points back to the elevator. The only way to complete the gig then is to go back and either kill or non-lethal takedown Gustavo.
In "Pyramid song", Judy keeps getting deleted at the underwater descender. First time, she got deleted after I swam around her, second time she got deleted while humming her tune, third time she got deleted after I answered with the name of the song. This time, I was able to activate the descender, but there was only V's half of the conversation and was unable to do anything after getting to the bottom.

Figured out the bug in Pyramid Song. When you arrive at the cottage, time will stop advancing for the whole duration of the quest. If you accept Judy's invitation to go diving, there is no problem. However, if you decline Judy's invitation as Johnny suggests, time starts advancing again. You then have to go back to Judy and say you changed your mind and want to go diving after all, but time doesn't stop advancing, and as soon as it hits 8.00 PM, Judy is toast and you will not be able to complete the quest. If this happens, you will need to load back to a point before you arrived at the cottage and accept her invitation the first time. Hope this helps someone.
