Detection bug in the "Gimme Danger" main quest.

This is my second playthrough and it is not an issue I faced in the first one (not in this quest at least).

Just by approaching the Arasaka facility, the game already puts me in a Combat state even though I haven't been detected by anything. Then, I suddenly get immediately detected by anything that is looking my way from a distance, without the slow detection even though I am crouched at a far distance.

i get the same issue lol, just wish it was not 3 years later. Did you get a fix?
