White screen of death after closing the game?

I know, I know, why would close the game? However, sometimes I must take a break and in these cases I am faced with a white screen of death. Is anyone else experiencing this? The only thing I can do is a forced reboot.

I had sth I hope wont come back... :D Reinstalling Win 10 resolved it.

I got the flatlined error but then it got sicker and sicker. Other games started to crash the same way to desktop or the entire machine crashed with a set of small squares all over the screen and glitching sound before full death.

Eventually even Windows didn't start up properly with the same small squares. This could be ofc gpu failure but it started w Cyberpunk and after the windows reinstall its fixed. I believe it corrupted the driver somehow or conflicted with some other drivers/software. I had a lot of things installed :D

I mean, Windows has to deal w a lot of conflicting mess, no wonder it ultimately can't.
If you plug in your xbox controller, X4 Foundations stutters like hell. Razer Chroma kills Doom with the Vulcan engine and so on. Unfathomable depth of connections often times incompatible.

So, ye finding the nod in that graph is difficult, I suggest try the Windows reinstall but only because it worked for me, I have no other reason :D I suppose you already tried different drivers and overlay configs whatnot.
