Text stuck on screen

I've had text stuck on my screen for a long while now and I thought it would go away after a restart, but it doesn't. It's in the bottom right corner and reads
Exit [C] [Esc]
Select [M1] [Shift] [F]
Scroll within Message/File [Scroll up] [Scroll down]

Does anyone know how to fix this? even stuck after switching from V to Johnny after the ending of the heist and twist
