NPC's mouth don't move when they talk sometimes!

I already found the lack of any dialog at all with NPC's immersion breaking, but the fact that they only move their mouths 20% of the time when they speak is even worse! please try to fix that.

Sadly they have not and most have decided to just say it does not happen now.

From my experience the lip synch issue is quite rare. i've beaten the game twice, with over 200 hours of playtime and i can count the times i've seen happen in one hand.

So it is quite rare from my experience and can be solved by reloading the game.
