So odd issue. i also have no game audio, but i have conversations with main NPC and V's voice, but background noise, music, and NPC's have nothing, turned off my bluetooth headphones for the basic speakers and all audio is working. No idea what's causing this.

Attempted a fix, disabled all other audio devices but my headphones, still not working so that method doesn't work

Pluged in headphones. That fixed audio.

Sooo....Wired headphones? I'm using Bluetooth headphones, this is the first time i've ever had this issue.

Even with my wired headphones the sound is coming out funky. At times I can hear the main dialog/sound effects really well then other times it sounds like it's coming through one channel......Never had a problem with all my other games

same here. no audio at all. driver is updated, i only use wired headphones. unplugged my headset and used earbuds...nothing. im so sad :(

same problem here, suddenly all the background/battle music are muted. I still hear conversation,gunshots and footsteps...
