Somewhat Damaged is the Worst Mission
It almost ruins the whole game.

Forced stealth in any game that isn't focused on stealth is a bad choice. It's a ♥♥♥♥ choice. And forced stealth in a game with a heavy focus on combat and fluidity of movement is an especially ♥♥♥♥ choice.

I want to blast, slide, rip, tear, and just generally destroy. I don't want to sneak around and solve puzzles while getting killed by a robot every couple of minutes. And I know there's some certified bad asses in the comment section oozing skill and BO who think it's "not even that hard bruh", but that's OK. Take a genuine "♥♥♥♥ you" to anybody with that ♥♥♥♥ opinion, too.

I dont know any mission where you HAVE to sneak. You can pretty much finish every mission with guns blazing. Just because the NPCs say you should sneak, does not mean you fail the missions when detected.

"Somewhat Damaged" is in fact such a mission. If you're found, game over.

I went all the way back to before Firestarter specifically to make a different choice and avoid that mission.

I hate such missions as well.
Stealth in itself is fine, but "oh, it's game over" as soon you are found is just stupid in games like CP2077.

The mission isn't based on skill, the robot is completely scripted, when it's around you just find cover and wait. It's a simple mission, but forced and long.

They obviously wanted to give everyone everything in PL - fights, stealth, plot twists. The problem is that forced sections go against the core philosophy of the original game where you are free to solve problems any way you wish.
