Locations/shop for beanie?
Can't find any, and guides showing ''Kinryu Beanie With Titanium Sequins'' doesn't work anymore after last patch.

There is no legendary anymore but for a epic

Ok I checked the information and the location people suggest is not correct I have done 10 days forward skip and no luck.

It seems there is no current known shop that sells it. I am going to cross out my previous answer.

If you use CyberEngineTweaks you can spawn the item back in with below code
Game.AddToInventory("Items.Cap_03_rich_01",1)

If you rather wait for someone to find it in a store best is to bookmark the following page as it will most likely get updated if someone does find it.
