The Edge Runner Perk sucks and needs a massive buff

I am not even max level and I already have enough cyberware capacity I need. Also 0.1% chance to trigger? Are you kidding me? Maybe if this was Payday 2 or some other horde game where you kill hundreds of enemies a second but that's just silly.

All that you need -I haven't done a playthrough where I haven't needed (or desperately wanted) the extra Cyberware Capacity. And after Phantom Liberty, with all the iconic cyberwear, I'm still unable to equip everything I want.

Also, the creepy AF laugh when you neutralize people while equipped with Edge Runner is almost worth it alone from a roleplay perspective.

Unless you barely use any of the actually good cyberware then you will always run out. The game is designed so that you can't use everything, or at least not until you reach max level plus edge runner, but even then it's just barely enough. I never had enough in my sandy build, you're prob doing something wrong if you have any spare capacity

Edgerunner is a must have perk for me because I need as much cyberware as possible. Plus there's a perk that gives you a 15% reduced cooldown for all cyberware slots filled.
