Can't find Yaiba Kusanagi motorcycle

So, I didn't go and get this motorcycle when Wakako first offered it. Now I can't find it. Do these buying offers expire, or is there a way to find it late in the game?

they dont expire

you should have markers on the map which tell you the vehicle name when you click on it
you also have messages in your phone thing regarding every vehicle that has been offered

It is always nice to get a response from someone for a concern I have observed, but I have way more offers of vehicles on my message lists than I have icons on the map, and unfortunately, the Yaiba Kusanagi motorcycle, in my game, has no icon on my map, AND it is not at the location people have disclosed on google searches.

If it's truly not on your map, then that would be a bug, and a bug i've never heard of before.

As for it's location: Open the map and look at Japantown (the area where Wakako has missions), in the top north-east corner locate a gun store and a store that sells quickhacks, they are very close to eachother.

Go to the gun store, and facing the store walk to your right, in the direction of the quickhack store, before getting to the hack store you will pass a parking area (there's a bunch of car lifts, if you see those you're in the right place), the motorcycle is parked twords the back of this parking area, near two dumpsters.
