how to get past car speed limiter

So I have downloaded some mods that make my car go faster and have a realistic acceleration and speedometer, custom made it to feel like driving irl. Like driving the Rayfield Caliburn goes 0-60 in like 2.5 ish seconds but when my speedometer gets to around 140 mph, the game just says no and I suddenly I have the best brakes ever, from around 140 mph to 0 instantly.
This always happens when I go fast with car.

Disregarding the speedometer, just in general when my car goes really fast it just brakes instantly

So I'd assume that there is a speed limiter. How do I get past this limiter? Is there a mod that removes the limiter so I can actually make it a Bugatti Veyron going 250+mph.

Just wondering if there are any mods that do that. If there isn't then ohh well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

All four seem to work well together and I don't have any issues except if you try to add extra gears to slower vehicles with CMS, they don't tend to reach their max speed properly.
