I am asking if anyone has tried pairing the sandevistan or beserk units with the Ex-Disk cyberware to see if this enables quickhacking with a non-cyberdeck cyberware installed.
There's the arasaka software mod which supposedly increases your stealth capabilities while sandevistan is active. (I have not tested it extensively, and sandevistan sort of nerfs your stealth capability because while it slows time for many things, it does not slow how fast enemies detect you, from your perspective.)
That said, I've completed a bunch of stealth objectives in the game using sandevistan with only one arasaka software mode equipped on it. (Though, I should also admit that I took advantage of a ... perhaps unintended ... "feature" of the kiroshi scanner mechanism.)
