Unable to stash Johnny's Aviators jacket and Top HELP!!

Am i missing something? There is an exclamation mark in these items and not able to stash it. It is in my inventory all the time? is there a quest line that i need to finish or something or is it a BUG?

The Minted Lady has Cyberpunk 2077

They are considered essential items until you beat the main game. I'm not sure if you're required to let Johnny take over, but once I completed one of the endings, the clothes lost their exclamation mark and I was able to store them.
