currently the best they have.
(never used that movement in game. i get motion sickness so it probly would make me puke XD)
while they can barely retain playability, they are a sad excuse for what we would already do and there is no excuse for a developer to misstep like this. the onus should never be upon modders to make sure unchecked developers don't ruin their games
not sure what speed it was previously but this is what it looks like now.
not being able to do this means driving or fast travel and that means they threw out the only thing they did really exceptionally well in this game.
I too have looked and it's not included in any patch notes for some reason. you aren't allowed to condone piracy on steam even to people who have a legally acquired licence but if you try older versions of the game 2.01 has this working but 2.1 does not, have not tested 2.02 yet
