Itsumade not showing up on the Call Vehicle list

So I went and nabbed the Nazaré Itsumade bike from its garage as soon as I left Dex's car. Only now the bike won't show up on the list of vehicles I can call. Anyone else notice this? did devs change that on purpose or is it some random glitch?

Did you rush to dex? Or did you take your time and get eddies to pay back vik first?

I think I had this issue in 2.01 but somehow fixed itself after I got to act 2. You may not want to wait that long though. Maybe try reloading back if your not too far ahead.

The game doesn't expect players to get at that bike so early. I got it quick as well in my second run and it gets replaced magiclly in cut scenes by the car in act 1. (I had it before I met stout for the first time.)

Not sure of the exact situation, but I think this bike's appearance is erratic until you at least start, if not finish, the Highwayman side job.

I rushed, went to get the bike as soon as The Gift was finished. This was also the first time I've had this issue.

I'll try and start Highwayman first next time.
