Vehicle damage?

So I've noticed there are drivers (sportcars) that often just ignore the rules and speed up, cross lanes, do "I don't care" turns, etc. Those cars often choose to just bump into my car from behind if I drive "too slow" - which I do because I don't want to crash into something.

But:
-- I see no visual damage on my vehicle (it's Jackie's bike)
-- The game actually warned me about damage and that if vehicle will be damaged enough it will explode

So:
-- Where do I see how much damage my vehicle already received?
-- How do I fix my vehicle? I mean, repair damage?

I really wouldn't care about vehicle all too much since if I got it right, it's possible to buy a new one - but I really want to keep Jackie's bike intact and keep riding it.
