Addicted to Chaos Quest Bug

Hello everyone, I am having a issue completing the Addicted to Chaos side mission. I say this because whenever I am within 50 meters of Rinder's Stash the mission complete sound follows and the quest is seemingly over. However, once I am in front of the garage the quest reappears with its instructions to type in the password. Unfortunately the door remains shut stating that access is denied.

If possible does anyone have advice for me on what to do?

There is a simplest way of getting around this problem. I encountered this issue few minutes ago. First thing i did since im used to debug bethesda games and this one also.. was to try to simply save and reload past the bug.

In other words :

- Walk toward the garage area -> The quest "Addicted to Chaos" is shown completed..
- Get close to the garage door, the quest pop up again and ask you to type the code.
- Type the code "1975", it won't work.
- Then quick save the game, reload.
- Type the code, and it will then open.

I assume quick save / reload reset the state of some scripts. At least it worked for me.
