(2.0 Build Advice) I'm a Returning Player that wants to "Burn the City" as Jinx, my favorite Loose Cannon from Zaun

I've posted the link in advance so that it will, hopefully, show a preview of my build from the get-go, assuming the formatting will go how I think it will. It'll be at the bottom-most area of my thread's introduction for my convenience's sake.

I remember how much I enjoyed the story of Cyberpunk 2077 after having taken time to watch Arcane on Netflix. I won't spoil either (for quite obvious reasons, both due to redundancy and how impactful the difference it can be to experience it yourself than to forever know the experience from others' words alone).

I'm planning to make a return to the City of Dreams "to see what Pow-Pow thinks" of it all with Johnny in tow. I'm hoping to plot out if I'll need any modded hairstyles or such, but my intent is to aim for a minimalist modlist that only affects cosmetic appearances. In simpler words - the only mods I hope to get are the kind that make me and/or the game itself look nicer to look at.
