Byakko and Microrotors?

So I am running a sandy build where I use byakko, and have max shinobi so i do not run out of stamina for katanas. Does anybody know if once byakko gets its flurry/fast attack mode, if microrotors make any difference to the attack speed? I wonder because it says max attack speed 2 atks/second, but byakkos ability is already FAR beyond that.
