One, the Contagion quickhack specifically will spread to nearby targets. Note that this can include eligible targets of a different faction than the one you targeted, like it will spread to NCPD officers close enough to gangbangers you're fighting.
Two, there's a specific perk ("Copy-Paste") that only comes into play when you're hacking a netrunner that is already trying to hack /you/. This spreads the hack you use against him, to his allies.
Three, there is a specific perk ("Spillover") that is supposed to give a 50% chance for a quickhack to spread to an additional target when you're in Overdrive, but from what I've heard it never actually works. Perhaps it's only supposed to affect those which already spread, i.e. Contagion.
After some testing I managed to make synapse burnout to spread to alteast one additional target. Although I'm not sure which skill that makes it do so.
Doesnt the new perk tree allow to also spread hacks when using monowire?
This works pretty consistently for me, cyberpsycho usually spreads at least once, often twice.
I can confirm that spillover during Overclock does happen with any quickhack, I've seen it copy cyberpsychosis, short circuit, overheat, detonate grenade.
However, it does seem to me like the actual chance is much lower than 50%. Might be a confirmation bias, though.
from testing, i would say the chance is like 10%.
and the perk hack priorization isnt working at all.
What deck are you using? Raven works best for this if I recall, though it's been a while since I played and memory is fuzzy.
Yes you are correct. But only the Control perk loaded into its slot.
