How do I put weapons on my rack?

The rack in my apartment. I can't figure out how to display them. Or is that all just for show?

Any iconic weapons placed inside of your stash will show on the rack.

Actually not any, but most specific ones will.

I feel like if you got the iconic from it being handed to you or was really hard to miss because it was just sitting right there. Most of the time those do not show up in your stash wall.

But if you had to go out of your way. Or it was one of those miss it once and lose the chance to get it ever again. It is more likely its one that goes on the wall.

all of the ones designated for slots show up, but only when upgraded to legendary. there's one exception that I know of, there might be more : for Skippy, you have to decline to return him to Regina, which makes him mad.

there isnt a slot for every iconic weapon.

Only specific weapons show up on the weapon wall: Archangel, Buzzsaw, Breakthrough, Ba Xing Chong, Comrade's Hammer, Crash, Jinchu-Maru, La Chingona Dorada, Malorian Arms 3516, Moron Labe, Overwatch, Plan B, Psalm 11:6, Satori, Skippy, Sovereign, The Headsman, and Yinglong.
Some of these you can acquire through missions, others are craftable from blueprints you find during NCPD crime events.

The Rack never has worked for me with the later patches and a bunch of iconics in my stash, I only ever got most of the rack ones to work way back when the game launched on 1.0

Keep in mind that one wall consists only of crafted weapons...they other wall you collect in the game, either as a trophy or a gift. They don't have to be upgraded to Legendary if you collect them unless you want to...with some I craft and upgrade for use, while putting the original vanilla copy on the wall.
