Not getting call from Panam for "riders of the storm quest"

I just finished the quest "during wartime" waited 12 hours, then tried 24, then a few days nothing. I can call her right after talking with Johnny after talking to Hellman but if I skip a bit of time and try to call her at all she doesn't answer. Looking to get this fixed so I can continue, thanks

Just fast travel for a bit, most of the times that something like this happens leaving the district with fast travel helps, if it doesn't trigger then fast travel back to the badlands.

Have you tried progressing with some other quests? It might just be coincidence but I've found I got calls for quests more often after I'd done side missions or gigs.

Old post, I know, but did you share a room with her at the Sunset Motel? There are some dialog prereqs required there to continue down her path.

That is not needed for the mission mentioned. That is only required for the male romance.
