I would if the fail state were interesting enough. I already went in guns blazing on the missions where they asked for discretion. Got a monetary penalty but that was it. I've already been through the game doing the best I can as a good character. Now I'm trying to be the worst character. It has yielded some amusing results but there could always be more.
Yeah, the closest thing to 'consequences' is no bonus money. As a result, when I don't feel like sneaking in, I grab the nearest Defender or HMG and blast my way in Rambo-style.
That was disappointing. I went to a lot of trouble to not kill the cyberpsychos. Regina should have transferred ownership of Skippy to V for that.
I took the stealth missions as a challenge and worked hard to play them that way. After I got paid and received kudos from the fixer, I'd go back, shoot the place up and loot it bare [LOL].
Non lethaling Metal Monk, then going back is so satisfying.

I have to admit I was pretty proud of myself for doing this. The Monk mission is a great little change of pace.
