Legendary Mod Recipe Farming tips?

I'm looking to piece together final gear before progressing past the point of no return, and I would like to maliciously abuse the modding system by loading up my gear with as many legendary augments as possible because why not?

So from poking around with the various guides and wikis, it looks like some of these recipes do exist, and was wondering if anyone knows of a good way to farm out the recipes, or if this is a whole lot of unfun RNG to get them.

As per hotfix 1.12 Deadeye, Bully and Fortuna don't stack (and Predator doesn't work at all), so there's no point in stacking them. Panacea is total immunity so there's no point in stacking it either. Go either for purple Armadillo mods or maybe some explosion resist and/or melee related mods if your build includes melee.

So going by some of the wikis, it looks like there should exist legendary version of all the mods (not just the ones that are legendary only) and while this isn't really needed in normal, being able to create the legendary mods in hard or very hard would be helpful.
