Where to buy cyberware mods?

I've bough epic/legendary mantis blades and eyes, which come with plenty of mod slots, but right now are all empty since I cannot find any place to buy mods, I've tried some weapon stores or the common items stores, but no luck, can anybody point me to any location where I can easily get mods?

Have you tried...... the ripper doc's stores? Next time you're at a ripper check the top right, they have a trade option
